This is a recreation of the X: Seekers of Fortune™ Kickstarter campaign page. It is an incredibly long scroll, but is full of fun artwork, animations, and creative product marketing graphics. See the project live on Kickstarter.

Funded in under 14-hours, the X: Seekers of Fortune™ Kickstarter campaign was a success by all metrics. Working closely with the client, Mega Moth Studios, a comprehensive layout was planned, edited, and tweaked up until the start of the campaign. Simply put, there are a huge amount of details and resources needed to put together a successful Kickstarter campaign - from product mockups and video reviews and trailers, compelling artwork, attractive headers, and scroll-stopping animations. Not to mention, they need to support a great end product.

Everything from instructions on how Kickstarter works to tables showing shipping costs for delivery around the planet, no part of the page was skipped over — everything got the time, polish, and detail needed to entice excited fans and new customers, inviting them to jump into the sand and explore a fun and exciting new strategy card game with a desert adventure theme.

In X: SEEKERS OF FORTUNE™, you are vying to be the first to complete five ADVENTURES as you search for the lost civilization of the Eri Kai. To advance along your journey, you must collect LEADS to decipher ancient MAPS and unearth the treasure at the end of each ADVENTURE. Wield forgotten, but powerful RELICS to aid your quest, discover the power and mystery of SITES lost to time, and perform HEROIC FEATS to outsmart your rivals.

Manage your hand to collect sets of LEADS to solve ADVENTURES; each ADVENTURE solved is a victory point, and it takes 5 victory points to win.

There are four LEAD types for you to collect and match; RUIN, GLYPH, MYTH, and VISION.

To win the game, be the first to complete five ADVENTURES, with the final fifth ADVENTURE starting by emptying your hand of cards - victory at this point is still never assured. With all eyes on you as you race to complete your final ADVENTURE, the pressure is on and your rival will be eager to make you stumble.

It sounds easy, but your rival will do everything they can to slow you down. Form strategies around playing ACTIONX cards or utilizing your LEADS to perform HEROIC FEATS - powerful abilities at every players disposal to keep games close and exciting!

Solving ADVENTURES comes with rewards in the form of ACTIONX cards. These legendary SITES, powerful RELICS, and daring FEATS will help you surpass your rival or meddle in their plans.

A turn of X: SEEKERS OF FORTUNE™ starts with the Adventure Draw. Reveal the top ADVENTURE and place it into your ADVENTURE ZONE. You may instead claim the top ADVENTURE from the discard pile. You can track up to three ADVENTURES at a time, scrap any fourth ADVENTURE you do not wish to pursue.

Next, is the Lead Draw. You may draw the top two LEADS from the LEAD DECK and then discard one LEAD from your hand. Or, you may draw the top LEAD off of the discard pile and then do not need to discard a LEAD from your hand.

Then comes your Action Phase. Complete ADVENTURES, play ACTIONX cards, or utilize HEROIC FEATS to dash ahead in the race or to throw a wrench in your rival's plans.

The objective is to complete five ADVENTURES to win the game, but your rival's progress may mean choosing between using your LEADS or ACTIONX cards to slow their pace, sabotage their active ACTIONX cards affecting you, or skipping a turn to rest — gaining additional resources and returning to the race stronger on your next turn.

At each player's reach is a Player Aid card, this card summarizes your options as a helpful reminder and is an invaluable item to new Fortune Seekers. The 36 ACTIONX cards add many twists and turns to the adventure, as well as give the player more tools to tackle whatever is thrown their way. With more options comes more agency, the only thing holding you back is your wit, grit, and determination to make it to the finish line first — fortune and glory await!
